Terms and Conditions

All rates are based on tariffs and exchange rates valid at present and are subject to changes in case there is a substantial change in any of these. The tour price must be paid for one month in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. For cancellations made one month prior to departure the handling fee is EUR 30 per person.

For cancellations made 30–15 days prior to departure the fee is EUR 100 per person. For cancellations made 14–2 days prior to departure 50 % of the tour price will be charged. No refund for later cancellations nor for visas already obtained.

These conditions apply to tours on our web site. For special arrangements, groups tours etc. the cancellation conditions and terms of payment will be given separately. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or major credit cards.
